Powerlifting Coaches

Our powerlifting team competes in the Texas Association of Independent Athletic Organizations (TAIAO), where we compete against both UIL teams and other private schools. 

Ages 14 years old and up.

Powerlifting season begins December 9th 2024.

Both boy and girl powerlifters will compete in bench, squat and deadlift.
